I am trained in the family systems therapy and I perceive every client as a part of the family puzzle, in which they grew up. During the process of therapy, I identify models of behavior, beliefs and attitudes, transferred through generations and into the present self-image, attachment styles and communication patterns - personal and professional.
My job is to guide the client into exploring all these issues, resulting in an improved quality of life.
**I work on weekdays - earlierst possible hour is 8.30am, the latest - 5pm.I conduct predominantly in person sessions in my office, but if necessary, I can plan online sessions as well through Google meet, Viber.
Fields of professional expertise:
- various ages (teen and up): normative and unusual crisis; behavioral issues, anxiety, obsessive thinking patterns, depressive symptoms;
- couples issues;
- problems in the family system, provoked by various stressors like divorce, death, health issues, loss of a job, communication troubles etc.
- I work with people with different sexual orientation and gender identity
- I work in Bulgarian and English. During the past 7 years I have had clients who are bulgarian and live abroad and also foreigners who live in Bulgaria.

Supervision
Every self-respecting mental health professional sets up regular supervision sessions with their mentor. This is something that goes hand in hand with my private practice.
