I am trained in the family systems therapy and I perceive every client as a part of the family puzzle, in which they grew up. During the process of therapy, I identify models of behavior, beliefs and attitudes, transferred through generations and into the present self-image, attachment styles and communication patterns - personal and professional.

My job is to guide the client into exploring all these issues, resulting in an improved quality of life.

And more...
In 2018 Foundation "Centre Balance" was founded by me and my colleagues Maya Ugryumova & Antoaneta Novakova - for providing services in support of the whole family, as well as to individuals. We are coordinating the informal Facebook page "To be a parent...", where we post useful articles and events for parents.
At the beginning of 2019 I started consulting in the workplace as a part of holistic approach towards the mental health support of the employees. The decrease of the stigma attached to mental health is one of my main missions and it is a pleasure for me to know employers, who appreciate their employees and invest in programs which will make them feel more effective, motivated and emotionally stable.
